"This exhibition holds sculpture as a form of knowledge unlike any other: not as information, but intelligence made flesh in matter — the trace of a hand pressed into clay, a decision carried in the grain of wood, the unrepeatable mark of a single gesture. In a world turning ever more toward the immaterial, sculpture insists that to think is also to touch, that to perceive is to be present in a body, and that some truths surface only in the space held between an object and the one who stands before it."
